Welcome to Nunwell Surgery

Nunwell Surgery is a semi rural practice serving approximately 9400 patients scattered across an area of approximately 150 square miles.  There has been a surgery in this location since the late 1800’s.

We aim to provide the highest possible level of health care for our patients.

Extended hours

Nunwell Surgery now runs an extended hours service. These take place on a Monday 6:30 - 8:00 and a Saturday 9:15-11:00 (booked appointments only)

We are holding drop-in clinics on the first Saturday in October, November and December between 8 am and 12.30pm.  We will have a number of our experienced nurses and health care assistants available to administer the vaccinations to keep waiting times to a minimum.  Even if there looks a long queue, waiting times last year were no longer than 15 minutes for any patient!  Please make sure you book in at reception.

Any patient eligible to receive the influenza vaccination over the age of 12 may attend the clinic.  If you are not sure if you are entitled to receive a vaccination, please contact reception.

Our vaccines are purchased a year in advance for all our eligible patients so we hope to see you at one of our clinics - if you are not able to attend one of the clinics, please do contact reception to arrange an alternative appointment,

SATURDAY 7th OCTOBER - surnames A-G

SATURDAY 4th NOVEMBER - surnames H-N

SATURDAY 2nd DECEMBER - surnames O-Z

If you are unable to attend on the designated day, please come to one of the other clinics.
